Start with what you notice

Help with the air in your home.

Tell us about the dust, humidity, odors, or airflow that bothers you. We inspect the relevant parts of the HVAC system and explain the conditions we find.

Persistent dust

We check the filter fit, return ductwork, and system condition for issues that may contribute to dust.

Dry winter air

We measure humidity and review the home and HVAC setup before discussing humidification options.

Damp or musty spaces

Moisture sources need attention. We can assess HVAC-related conditions and suitable humidity-control options.

Filters that load up quickly

We inspect filter size, fit, condition, and airflow, then explain what the system needs.

Questions about filtration

Suitable filtration can reduce airborne particles. We explain compatible options and their limitations.

Odors when the system runs

We inspect accessible coils, drainage, filters, and other relevant components to help identify the source.

What we install, and when

Improvements matched to your home.

The right improvement depends on the concern and the equipment already in your home. We explain the purpose, installation requirements, and upkeep before you choose.

  • Media filtration. We check cabinet space, filter fit, and airflow before recommending an upgrade.
  • Humidity control. We assess moisture levels and explain suitable humidification or dehumidification options.
  • Air-cleaning equipment. We explain the selected technology, intended use, maintenance, and limitations.
  • Ductwork and equipment care. Sealing accessible leaks or cleaning components may be appropriate when inspection identifies a need.

Our recommendations start with your home and your goals. You receive a clear explanation of the proposed work, its limitations, and the price.

“There is never sales pressure.”

These Google reviews describe how our team communicates, explains findings, and cares for local homes.

Bryan and his team are stellar. They installed my new system last summer, and just came for my first maintenance check. They were on time, ready to go and made excellent recommendations for continued improvement in the future. There is never sales pressure, and they are thorough and helpful. I can’t say enough good things and would recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company.

Our AC system wasn’t cooling, and the company that installed it has been acquired so many times, we never knew who was showing up when we called them. So I decided to try our luck with a local company, and I’m so glad I did. I scheduled the appointment online, got text updates, received a reminder the morning of the appointment, and the technician, Brian, showed up on time. I turned on the AC via an app and he was able to diagnose the issue while he was walking around the side of our house, before he even saw the condenser! He said the fan sounded slow (spot on), said we probably just needed a new capacitor, verified that with a charge tester, and 15 mins later we had working AC. Prompt, professional, and accurate — what’s not to like?

On the coldest day of this winter our worst nightmare came true— the heater in our house stopped working! With 3 young kids in the house my husband was freaking out. Luckily we found Middletown HVAC on fb and Bryan came to our rescue within an hour of phone call. He was experienced, courteous and intelligent. He identified and fixed the problem right away — a frozen condensation pipe, and he even fixed the hole in the insulation for us! We couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you Middletown HVAC, you guys are beyond amazing!

Useful answers before you call

Air quality questions.

Do my ducts need cleaning?
We assess the condition rather than recommending cleaning on a fixed schedule. Tell us about visible debris, renovation work, moisture, or other concerns so we can explain the appropriate next step.
Which filter should I use?
Use a filter suited to your equipment and follow its replacement requirements. We can check filter dimensions, fit, airflow, and compatible filtration options.
Should I add an air-cleaning accessory?
We first discuss the concern and inspect relevant HVAC conditions. We explain the selected technology, upkeep, and limitations. Air cleaning complements source control and ventilation; it does not remove every pollutant.
Can you help with dry or damp air?
Yes. We can assess humidity and HVAC operation, discuss moisture sources, and explain suitable control options for your home.
Does better filtration cure allergies?
No medical outcome can be promised. Appropriate filtration may reduce some airborne particles, but it does not replace cleaning, source control, ventilation, or medical advice.
What does an HVAC air quality assessment cover?
We inspect relevant HVAC conditions such as filters, airflow, accessible ductwork, coils, drainage, and humidity. If the concern needs specialized environmental testing, we explain that limitation.
Where should I start?
Tell us what you notice and when it occurs. Keep up with the filter-care instructions for your system and arrange service if airflow, odors, or humidity have changed.
