I wish I could give them TEN STARS! I cannot say enough great things about Middletown HVAC!!!

I provide more details below but the summary is that Middletown HVAC cares for your home like it is their own - such excellent and honest service! Bryan came out to our home twice during a snow storm to ensure our heat was taken care of. That is a level of kindness and commitment I have never seen before!

We have a brand new HVAC system that is about 1 year old (installed by a big HVAC company - worst mistake we could have made). The unit has stopped working at least 4 times since its installation so I finally called Middletown HVAC yesterday. I called at midnight and Bryan (HVAC expert) was at our house in less than 30 minutes! He installed a new thermostat and went on to another house for a repair. Mind you, a snow storm is coming and he was out repairing units for families until almost 2:45am!

The next day we realized the new thermostat stopped working, which is indication that something was wrong with our initial HVAC install (done by another company). It is the middle of a snow storm and Bryan had a SNOW PLOW bring him back to our house in the morning to fix the issue.

It turns out the prior company incorrectly wired the unit and the thermostat was frying itself. Bryan ordered the new part we needed, fixed the wiring issue and turned off the fuse to the HVAC to avoid a potential fire. He was so kind and explained every step of the repair and the issues he identified.

Other companies said they couldn’t send techs out for several days but Middletown HVAC had Bryan out twice in the snow! I honestly feel like they care for their customers’ homes as if their own families lived there, which is such a rare thing to see!

Brian and his coowner are the best. They came out in a huge snowstorm arriving in a snowstorm to restore heat to my sisters house. Such a dedicated team that truly wants no customer to be left in the cold.

Middletown HVAC has brought back my faith in good honest, customer service and good quality workmanship! I WOULD recommend them to anyone!

Had a great experience working with Bryan & Heather. Started with an emergency call late evening during a bad winter storm when our old HVAC broke. Bryan came right out to diagnose the problem. Due to our old system being very old, it made sense to replace the entire system rather then the specific part which caused the issue. Bryan took the time to explain everything so I could make an informed decision and trusting his guidance. He even came back in the middle of the night to leave space heaters for our family until the new system could be installed.

Since the new system was installed we have a few minor issues, most of which are due to our unique house issues. However, Bryan or his team comes right out immediately upon contacting them. I would definitely recommend Middletown HVAC to anyone dealing with HVAC issues.

Our AC system wasn’t cooling, and the company that installed it has been acquired so many times, we never knew who was showing up when we called them. So I decided to try our luck with a local company, and I’m so glad I did. I scheduled the appointment online, got text updates, received a reminder the morning of the appointment, and the technician, Brian, showed up on time. I turned on the AC via an app and he was able to diagnose the issue while he was walking around the side of our house, before he even saw the condenser! He said the fan sounded slow (spot on), said we probably just needed a new capacitor, verified that with a charge tester, and 15 mins later we had working AC. Prompt, professional, and accurate — what’s not to like?

Brian came out same day to check our AC. Hottest day of May, he was a life saver, we were sweating our butts off. He replaced our thermostat and was done within 45 mins. Couldn't recommend these guys more! Fair pricing, thorough check and so nice!

Bryan and his team are stellar. They installed my new system last summer, and just came for my first maintenance check. They were on time, ready to go and made excellent recommendations for continued improvement in the future. There is never sales pressure, and they are thorough and helpful. I can’t say enough good things and would recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company.

Heather and Brian (husband and wife) came out to service my two HVAC systems. They were friendly and professional and Brian explained everything very clearly to me. He took his time and was clean and thorough. I love that they are a small family business and that they are honest and trustworthy, unlike other HVAC companies I have used in the past. I would highly recommend them!

Middletown HVAC just installed a new HVAC system for us. From obtaining quotes to final installation, we found their customer service excellent, the installers were polite and professional, and the project was finished in a very quick timeframe. In comparison to other quotes we received, we found them very reasonable. An additional bonus is that their equipment warranty is longer than the standard. For all those reasons, we would highly recommend Middletown HVAC.

I just used Middletown HVAC for the first time and it is safe to say I found my new service provider. From start to finish the tech Cody was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He made sure to explain everything that was being done and answered every question I had, I have to say he was wise beyond his years! If you are in the Delaware County area I would highly recommend this company!
