This home started with a leaking oil boiler. Middletown HVAC installed a Bosch heat pump for heating and cooling, along with a Navien tankless water heater for hot water. Here is what that change looked like.
We review your heating needs, hot water, ductwork, fuel options and electrical capacity before recommending a plan. Your home's scope and final price are confirmed before you approve the work.
A new system needs care, too. Compare maintenance plans and ask which service fits your heat pump and water heater.
THE COST OF ANOTHER FILL-UP
If your supplier is quoting $8 per gallon, that is what 250 gallons costs before any extra fees. It is worth seeing what else your home could run on before committing to another season of deliveries.
Example based on an $8-per-gallon quote. Supplier prices, order sizes, and delivery terms vary. This is not a statewide average, savings estimate, or payback promise.
When a delivery takes a serious bite out of your household budget, the question is simple: does it still make sense to heat your home this way? We make that comparison practical. See the heating options, review published installed pricing, and talk with a local team about the path that fits your house.
You do not need a stack of receipts to start the conversation. Tell us what heats your home and what is bothering you about it. We can discuss a full conversion, ductless for the rooms you use most, or separate hot water so the oil boiler is not running just for showers. Your actual fuel use and local rates help us compare operating costs when you are ready.
Enter your estimated annual fuel use and your supplier’s price per gallon to calculate a fuel-cost estimate. Comparing operating costs with another system also requires information about your home, equipment, and utility rates.

Mary Ellen M. · Google review · May 2026Middletown HVAC just installed a new HVAC system for us. From obtaining quotes to final installation, we found their customer service excellent, the installers were polite and professional, and the project was finished in a very quick timeframe. In comparison to other quotes we received, we found them very reasonable. An additional bonus is that their equipment warranty is longer than the standard. For all those reasons, we would highly recommend Middletown HVAC.
Joe S. · Google review · March 2026Had a great experience working with Bryan & Heather. Started with an emergency call late evening during a bad winter storm when our old HVAC broke. Bryan came right out to diagnose the problem. Due to our old system being very old, it made sense to replace the entire system rather then the specific part which caused the issue. Bryan took the time to explain everything so I could make an informed decision and trusting his guidance. He even came back in the middle of the night to leave space heaters for our family until the new system could be installed.
Since the new system was installed we have a few minor issues, most of which are due to our unique house issues. However, Bryan or his team comes right out immediately upon contacting them. I would definitely recommend Middletown HVAC to anyone dealing with HVAC issues.
