If something feels wrong

Start with safety. Then call for service.

For a gas odor, carbon monoxide alarm, smoke, or fire, get outside and contact emergency help first. Our team can arrange equipment service once it is safe.

If you smell gas

Leave the building without operating switches or using a phone inside. From a safe location, contact the gas utility emergency line or 911.

If a CO alarm sounds

Get everyone outside and call 911. Do not re-enter or restart equipment until emergency responders say it is safe.

Tell us what the controls show

Note the thermostat setting, indoor temperature, and any displayed error. Leave equipment panels closed and avoid repeated resets.

Water is leaking

Keep clear of water near electrical equipment. Contact us promptly and describe the source if you can see it safely.

Ice on cooling equipment

Turn cooling off and contact us for guidance. Do not chip the ice or apply heat to the equipment.

A breaker keeps tripping

Leave the affected equipment off and arrange service. Do not repeatedly reset a tripping breaker.

Brian came out same day to check our AC. Hottest day of May, he was a life saver, we were sweating our butts off.

Looking ahead

Plan the next step after the repair.

Once the immediate problem is addressed, we can help you review maintenance, repair history, and any replacement options worth considering.

Review repair and replacement

If breakdowns are recurring or a repair is significant, we explain the options. Our online estimator is available when you want to explore installation pricing.

Arrange seasonal maintenance

We can discuss a one-time visit or an annual maintenance plan suited to your equipment. Maintenance supports care and reliability but cannot prevent every failure.

Keep the findings for your records

We explain what was found, what work was approved, and any follow-up the equipment needs.

What counts as an emergency

When your home needs urgent attention.

Tell us what changed and how it is affecting the home. If there is an immediate danger, contact emergency services first. For an equipment problem, call or text so we can help arrange the next step.

No heat in freezing weather

Call or text promptly. Tell us the indoor temperature and any concerns about vulnerable occupants or freezing pipes.

No cooling in extreme heat

Call or text to check availability. If the indoor heat is unsafe, move to a cooler location and seek appropriate help.

Water is spreading

Stay clear of wet electrical equipment and contact us promptly. If there is immediate danger, contact emergency services.

A water heater is leaking

Describe the leak when you call. Keep clear of water near electrical equipment and ask for guidance on the next step.

Burning or electrical smells

Stop using the equipment if safe. For smoke or fire, leave and call 911. Do not restart it to see whether the smell returns.

A new noise or reduced performance

Contact us rather than assuming it can wait. We can discuss the symptoms and check service availability.

Real Google reviews, in our customers’ own words.

Brian and his coowner are the best. They came out in a huge snowstorm arriving in a snowstorm to restore heat to my sisters house. Such a dedicated team that truly wants no customer to be left in the cold.

Nola · Google review · January 2026

…I called at midnight and Bryan (HVAC expert) was at our house in less than 30 minutes! He installed a new thermostat and went on to another house for a repair. Mind you, a snow storm is coming and he was out repairing units for families until almost 2:45am!

…It is the middle of a snow storm and Bryan had a SNOW PLOW bring him back to our house in the morning to fix the issue.
