Joe S. · Google review · March 2026Had a great experience working with Bryan & Heather. Started with an emergency call late evening during a bad winter storm when our old HVAC broke. Bryan came right out to diagnose the problem. Due to our old system being very old, it made sense to replace the entire system rather then the specific part which caused the issue. Bryan took the time to explain everything so I could make an informed decision and trusting his guidance. He even came back in the middle of the night to leave space heaters for our family until the new system could be installed.
Since the new system was installed we have a few minor issues, most of which are due to our unique house issues. However, Bryan or his team comes right out immediately upon contacting them. I would definitely recommend Middletown HVAC to anyone dealing with HVAC issues.
Donovan D. · Google review · June 2026I just used Middletown HVAC for the first time and it is safe to say I found my new service provider. From start to finish the tech Cody was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He made sure to explain everything that was being done and answered every question I had, I have to say he was wise beyond his years! If you are in the Delaware County area I would highly recommend this company!
